Albanian Ex-President Meta Detained Over Corruption Allegations

Albanian police detained former President Ilir Meta -- who served as the country's leader from 2017 to 2022 -- on October 21 on corruption charges alleged by the Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption (SPAK).
