Testing reveals asbestos in mulch around children’s playground at Rozelle parklands with NSW government advice suggesting bonded material ‘low risk’
An expansive park built above Rozelle’s multibillion-dollar spaghetti junction interchange has been closed after asbestos was found in garden mulch around a children’s playground.
Transport for New South Wales has called in contamination experts to assess the Rozelle parklands, which opened last month.
