Three Australians remained in intensive care in a Bangkok hospital overnight, being treated for serious injuries from the Singapore Airlines flight earlier this week that hit extreme turbulence.
They were among 20 in total, whose injuries included skull, brain and spinal injuries, the head of the hospital said.
