Caring & Being Cared for Before, During & After Climate Impacts

4 months ago 45

How can we better set ourselves up to care and be cared for, especially in response to compounding climate impacts and disasters? The Care Through Disaster report from Women’s Health Goulburn North East and Australia ReMade answers this question. The report has clear recommendations for citizens, and local, state and federal government on how we can make this happen. At Act on Climate's fifth Frontline Climate Alliance Vic call on 20 June 2024, Amanda Kelly of Women’s Health Goulburn North East shared these with alliance attendees, after which their application to continue the process of creating more climate resilient Victorian communities was discussed.
