Congress could try barring Trump from office under 14th Amendment, but it likely won’t

A Threads post said President-elect Donald Trump is “still possibly barred” from taking office because of Section 3 of the Constitution’s 14th Amendment. Enforcement would require an act of Congress, which almost certainly won’t happen.
