A former bank employee who worked in a London branch of Nationwide has been sentenced to more than two years in prison for his part in a £130,000 bank fraud.

Nathan Gilbert, 26, of Enfield, north London, who was said to have abused his position of trust at the bank, pleaded guilty to committing fraud at Southwark crown court and was sentenced earlier this year.
