Fire Hits Russian Federal Security Service Compound Near Ukrainian Border

Russian media and social networks reported on March 16 that a large fire has broken out in the compound of the Federal Security Service in the city of Rostov-on-Don, which is located close to Ukraine's Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
