Blaze in Siberian city guts second floor of building housing unregistered home for older people
A fire has torn through a home for older people in a Siberian city, killing 22 people, Russian investigators said.
The blaze gutted the second floor of the building, which was not officially registered as a care home, but it was out by the early hours of Saturday when rescuers finished combing the rubble in Kemerovo city, state media and emergency services said.
