A former Metropolitan police officer has been jailed for four years after restraining his flatmate with duct tape, forcing her to believe she was about to be raped.

Sam Grigg, 36, who was sacked from the Met last month after being charged, previously pleaded guilty at Kingston crown court to false imprisonment and assault against the 23-year-old.
