Kosovo Blames Water Canal Blast On Serbia

An explosion that damaged the Iber-Lepenc water canal supplying Kosovo’s two main coal power plants on November 29 was a “criminal and terrorist attack” by northern neighbor Serbia, according to Kosovar premier Albin Kurti.
