IOPC investigating four officers and three staff members over death of murder suspect Sebastian Zarnoch, 30, last month
Three Leicestershire police officers and four police staff are being investigated after a man arrested on suspicion of kidnap and murder was found dead in his cell.
Sebastian Zarnoch, 30, was initially arrested on 3 September in connection with the kidnapping of a missing woman, Gabriela Kosilko, and was detained at Keyham Lane police station.
