Linda Reynolds’ former chief of staff who worked in the role when Brittany Higgins was allegedly raped in Parliament House may not be able to give evidence in the high-profile defamation trial.

The former defence minister is suing Higgins over a series of social media posts containing alleged mistruths she believes damaged her reputation.
