Global day of action on 24 November unveiled at summit of trade unionists and political leaders
Amazon workers have revealed plans to hold strikes and protests at the online retailer on Black Friday in more than 30 countries around the world including the UK.
The global day of action to be held on 24 November was unveiled in Manchester at the first Make Amazon Pay summit of trade unionists and political leaders. It came the day after the online retailer revealed its profits had tripled to $143.1bn (about £118bn).
