Victoria police say random attacks were not terror-related with 31-year-old man being questioned in custody
A man has been arrested in Melbourne following a series of stabbings that left one woman fighting for life and three other people in hospital.
Police say three violent incidents in inner Melbourne are not believed to be terror related but were random attacks. Investigators were probing whether a fourth stabbing was also linked.
