A 57-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and dangerous driving after a tractor was driven through a flooded high street in Tenbury Wells in Worcestershire, causing damage to properties.

West Mercia police said the man had been arrested and released on bail while inquiries continue.
