Man charged with manslaughter over death of boy, 5, in a car in 2022 NSW floods

A 38-year-old man has been charged with manslaughter and negligent driving after a five-year-old boy died when he became trapped in a car swept away by floodwaters last year.

The boy’s body was found inside a submerged ute in Tullamore, north-west of Parkes in central western New South Wales in late 2022.
