Moscow Court Upholds Decision To Withdraw Novaya Gazeta Newspaper's License

The Moscow City Court has upheld the decision of a lower court to withdraw the licenses of the Novaya gazeta newspaper and its Novaya rasskaz-gazeta magazine.
