A parking garage at least partially collapsed on Tuesday in the Financial District of lower Manhattan, according to city officials and bystander video which showed cars hanging precariously from a buckled upper deck.
Officials did not immediately release information on injuries. A person in a business suit was seen being carried out on a stretcher.
