Police searching for ute after shots fired at other cars on the Pacific Highway in NSW

Body also been found at a property near Pacific Highway outside Port Macquarie but detectives don’t yet know if it is linked to ute shootings

A large-scale manhunt is under way after shots were fired at multiple cars travelling on a major New South Wales highway in the early morning.

Police are hunting for a dark-coloured Mercedes dual-cab ute seen on the Pacific Highway on the NSW mid-north coast on Thursday.
