Russian Shelling Of Village, Town In Kharkiv Region Wounds Civilians, Damages Infrastructure

Russian forces shelled the village of Kupyansk-Vuzloviy and the town of Vovchansk in Ukraine's eastern region of Kharkiv early on October 20, wounding two people and causing damage to civilian infrastructure, regional governor Oleh Synyehubov said on Telegram.
