Russian, Ukrainian Rights Commissioners Meet In Turkey

Russian Human Rights Commissioner Tatyana Moskalkova and her Ukrainian counterpart, Dmytro Lubinets, met in the Turkish capital on January 11 for talks expected to focus on humanitarian assistance.
