Several killed and dozens injured in Prague shooting

Shooter killed at least 10 people and injured another 25 before being ‘eliminated’ by police, officials say

A shooter has been “eliminated” after killing 10 people and injuring at least 25 more at Charles University in Prague, Czech police and emergency services have said.

Police said shortly after 3pm local time (1400 GMT) that they were responding to a shooting at Jan Palach Square in central Prague.
