Deaths inside Tulkarem refugee camp and near Balata camp are latest in an explosion of violence in the Palestinian territory since the start of Israel’s war on Gaza
Ten people have been killed by Israeli forces in the occupied West Bank on Wednesday, Palestinian officials have said, as tensions in the territory continue to soar.
Five people were killed inside the Tulkarem refugee camp, the Palestinian health ministry said, while an official at the camp told the AFP news agency that it was besieged by aircraft, tanks and “heavy numbers of the Israeli army”.
