Texas congressman says some immigration appointments in NYC’s ICE office are for 2033. Is that true?

Rep. Henry Cuellar, D-Texas, said it takes immigrants 10 years to get an appointment at NYC’s ICE office. Although immigration cases can take years to resolve, the program he referenced ended November 2021.
