Ukraine and Russia both accuse each other of New Year's Day attacks on civilians

On the Ukrainian side, one person was killed and nine injured in a Russian drone attack on the southern port of Odesa. In the Russian occupied city of Donetsk, Ukrainian shelling killed four and injured thirteen. Both sides deny targeting civilians
