Ukraine Civilian Death Toll Exceeds 7,000, UN Rights Office Says

The confirmed civilian death toll has surpassed 7,000 people in Ukraine since Russia's military invasion nearly one year ago, with more than 11,000 injured, although the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights says it believes the number is actually higher.
