Ukraine Says Still Holding Bilohorivka, Last Part Of Luhansk Region

Ukrainian forces remained in control of the village of Bilohorivka, the Luhansk region's governor, Serhiy Hayday, said on February 5, adding that the situation there was tense, but under control.
