UN-Backed Inquiry Says Russia Committed War Crimes, Systematic And Widespread Torture In Ukraine

Russian authorities have committed a "wide range" of violations of international human rights law including killings, unlawful confinement, torture, rape, and other forms of sexual violence, as well as the unlawful deportation of children, said the report released on March 16.
