'Unacceptable tragedy': Italy toughens driving laws to cut road deaths

Italy's upper house of parliament on Wednesday signed off on a long-planned reform of the Italian Highway Code cracking down on drink driving, mobile phone use and e-scooters in a bid to reduce road deaths.
