Incident occurred in the Lech/Zuers free skiing area at about 3pm on Sunday with one person rescued
About 10 people have been buried in an avalanche in Austria, with one person having been rescued.
The avalanche occurred in the Lech/Zuers free skiing area at about 3pm (1400 GMT) on Sunday, the Austrian Press Agency said, adding that several helicopters and search teams deployed soon afterwards.
