【報告將隨時更新 2024/9/13版】 近期網路熱傳影片,示範低頭吞膠囊,會幫助吞嚥,低頭再轉90度效果更好,這是真的嗎? 一、語言治療師指出,低頭吞東西時會幫助喉嚨上抬,更快關閉氣管入口,可降低嗆到的風險。但若無其他生理狀況(如中風患者),無需特地轉頭。 二、專家表示,健康者或年輕人無需特別改變吞嚥姿勢,但吞嚥功能、舌頭的力量會因年齡退化,長者可養成低頭幫助吞嚥,平常也應注意舌頭肌肉訓練,應維持社交、多互動、唱歌等,也可以練習健口操。 三、長照專家表示,吞嚥時低頭搭配轉頭可能可以對抗肌肉緊張,但這不是常見的動作,也比較不自然,不建議長者這樣做。
