【報告將隨時更新 2024/10/24版】 近日網路流傳「一條毛巾鍛鍊膝蓋」,此動作可暫時緩解膝蓋不適,但無法減緩膝蓋退化、磨損,且也不宜久做,以免毛巾壓迫血管。 一、骨科醫師表示,影片中腿部彎曲、伸直均是常規的復健動作,伸展後會感覺較不緊繃。但光靠伸展,無法逆轉膝蓋退化或磨損。 二、復健科醫師說明,網傳影片裡提到的「膝蓋裡面空間不夠」,指的應該是膝蓋逐漸退化、關節軟骨磨損,少了緩衝,走動時才會感到不舒服。若想要減輕膝蓋的負擔,應鍛鍊大腿的肌力,體重才不會全落到膝蓋上。 網傳影片裡的伸展動作可能有助緩解膝蓋不適,但無法逆轉或延緩膝關節的退化與磨損,傳言說法較為誇大,因此為「部分錯誤」訊息。
