【錯誤】網傳「老人宜多吃豬腳,常吃可長壽」?

【報告將隨時更新 2023/3/28版】 一、專家表示,傳言裡提到吃豬腳的好處,應是指膠原蛋白分解成的胺基酸、胜肽,但此成分有可能是濃縮萃取後作為「補充劑」效果,正常飲食吃不到如此大量, 若為達到「有效劑量」而食用過多豬腳,恐會攝取過多飽和脂肪酸,危害心血管健康。 營養師也指出,傳言列出的神經衰弱、失眠、焦慮等症狀,也不會只靠吃豬腳就能改善。至於傳言稱吃豬腳可以加速新陳代謝、讓人長壽等,營養師則認為說法過於籠統。 二、專家表示,豬腳含有的膠原蛋白屬於大分子,吃進去後要先分解再重組,並不是吃了豬腳就能直接轉化為人體的膠原蛋白。此外,膠原蛋白裡主要的胺基酸都是非必需胺基酸,不是優質蛋白質。民眾應優先食用優質蛋白質(含有完整必需胺酸),例如雞肉、豆腐、蛋等。 三、專家表示,豬腳含有飽和脂肪酸,國內外醫界的共識是,為了降低心血管疾病風險,建議飽和脂肪酸越少越好。此外,燉豬腳的湯汁只有很微量的蛋白質,大多都是油,並不適合拿來補充蛋白質。 傳言過於渲染、誇大豬腳功效,資訊有多處錯誤,因此,為「錯誤」訊息。
